What does our virtual program look like?
1. Mobility Tests & Exercises to minimize overuse injuries & compensations (especially hips, upper back, shoulders and neck)
2. Strength Tests and Exercises to aid in bone health, power, delay fatigue on rides, and better independence as we age
3. Power Tests and Exercises to aid in performance on your rides related to power output for sprints, climbing, and surging.
4. Core Strengthening Exercises for creating a stable platform for your legs to produce power and preventing wasted energy through excessive body sway.
