SUCCESS STORIES
- Teressa, Madison, WI
I needed help starting to combat the aging process and post covid recovery. I was weak and heavy with a joint deficit. Corey Digman is a training genius. His advanced body mechanics degree combined with his caring nature brings out the best in his clients. Under his watchful eye I've gained strength and flexibility. The results are worth the effort! My enthusiasm has brought four friends to Digman Fitness and they are also experiencing better movement, stamina, and flexibility.
- Preeti, Madison, WI

I have been working with Cory for a very long time. I really enjoy his personality of making the classes fun and outgoing. The amount of energy he has, makes me feel like I’m in a fun gym. He is very good with modifying the workouts. When your body is feeling different. He brings a lot of laughter to the gym. Through all the results I have gained more strength and endurance. It has really helped me with recreational sports.
- Taylor, Madison, WI
Supportive environment to train Strongman events. They have all the necessary implements including logs, axles, yokes, farmers, stones, sandbags.
- Jacob, Madison, WIBeen going to this gym for almost 5 years now. Corey is great, knowledgeable and encouraging, and I'm getting fitter every day. Highly recommend this to anybody that wants to lift weights at a reasonable price with a small group instead of the crowd of strangers at bigger gyms.
- Dan McCarthy, Madison, WI"I truly enjoy working out in Corey's program at Digman Fitness. He is fun, happy and professional. His expert knowledge and exercises has not only improved my range of motion but I have been pain free from arthritis and macro degeneration. I recommend anyone to his exercise facility! Thanks from Dan McCarthy."
- Pat, Madison, WI“Corey took the time to test me for imbalances and area of opportunities and created a set of specific exercises to help me work through some injuries. During workouts, he kept an eye on me and suggested modified moves for a great workout while being safe. I especially appreciated his emphasis on rolling before and stretching after a workout. It was great to have an All-American athlete on the floor with us. Thanks Corey!”
- Lance, Madison, WII believe that Corey's knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and his capability of determining the individual abilities of his clients sets him apart from other trainers. His positive attitude is a great asset too! He instills confidence and encouragement to make you want to push further and apply yourself more diligently. I look forward to seeing what's next in my fitness journey and I highly recommend Digman Fitness!
- Jo Ann, Madison, WII have been working with Corey/Digman Fitness for over 3 years. I like training at Digman Fitness because it just "clicks" well with me and there is always a fun new variety to our workouts! With every new and fun workout we do, it always elevates my heart rate to a 100% level! He will walk around the gym and verbally encourage everyone almost to the point of "chanting" as if you are running a race! It's very helpful! Corey knows all the members in depth including their limitations which is great for modifications! I love working out with Corey and he has greatly helped me in my 30#+ weight loss journey!
- Brian, Madison, WIBrian Kuester – Regional Manager, Blood Component Industry
I have been training w/Corey and started with his kettlebell specific training class since February 2012.
Some of my favorite things – Kettle Bell workouts, tire flips, car push/pull, Strength Circuits
My mobility has greatly increased along with my balance. My strength is also up, cardiovascular strength is up and my weight is down!
- Diane , Madison, WI“I have been training with Corey for almost 4 years. Although I participate in ‘group’ classes, I feel like I am really getting ‘personal’ training. Classes are small enough that Corey can watch you as an individual to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly. And they are fun! Corey even reviewed the X-rays from my chiropractor to see the issues I have with my spine and hips. He is great about modifying exercises for ‘me’, knowing that I do have limitations. He takes a self-assessment of each participant and keeps progress reports to see our improvement. I am over 50 years old and I feel stronger than I ever have. I owe a lot of this to Corey and his style of training.”
- Kim , Madison, WII have been training with Corey for about 2 years and he has helped change my life both physically and mentally. I had no motivation or workout routine for a very long time. With Corey’s ability to motivate and encourage me I have lost 18 pounds, about 17 inches and went from a 12/14 to a 8/10 pant size.
Corey teaches and empowers me! Corey is patient, understanding, supportive and committed to helping me to reach my goals. With his positive reinforcement, knowledge and amazing attitude he pushes me to lift more, move faster and think more positively! (Don’t sweat the small stuff)
Corey also teaches about healthy nutrition as a lifestyle, not a diet. He shares recipes and knowledge about how to prepare healthy foods!
Get ready to sweat and an endorphin rush! And the most importantly, Corey cares.
Get moving and thanks Corey Digman!

- Jessie Coppernoll & Morgen McDonnell, Madison, WIDigman Fitness, we couldn't have done this without Corey and all of his help and motivation! We finished the 33rd Annual Crazylegs Race with an approximate time of 56 mintues! Thank you Corey for always pushing us to be/do our best!
- Rick Bebee, Madison, Wisconsin"Corey Digman has been my personal trainer for more than a year during which he worked with me individually twice per week for 1/2 hour each as well as provided suggestions for my 4 self-managed sessions. Given my age and special needs - arthritis and joint replacements - he has had to develop special and compensating exercises. He has been successful with renewing me, developing a balance between aerobic activities and strength improvement."
