October Member of Month: Kim

Congratulations Kim on becoming our October Member of the Month! Kim has seen a lot of great results in strength and energy throughout her training during the past several months! She comes from a family of hard workers and certainly shows because she hardly ever misses a session or workout. Congratulations Kim!

Member of the Month Interview Questions:

1.How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

I started working with Corey in February to help strengthen my core and upper back.

2.What are some of your interests and hobbies?

My hobbies include landscaping, cooking, golfing, playing volleyball and anything to do with my dog. My interests include helping local charities by developing promotions for raising money and awareness.

3.What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

I enjoy all aspects of training at Digman Fitness. Corey develops different and challenging circuits to help my body improve with each workout. I love feeling stronger and less stressed with each training session. Not only is Corey training my physical body but he is helping me develop a clearer state of mind.

4. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.

My goals are to become a healthier person, to become a more positive person. I want to “rewire” my way of thinking about the world around me. I want to be happy and help others be happy.

5. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

I have referred my sister to Digman Fitness. I would describe my experience as fun but tough. Corey knows how to push you to improve the health of your body and mind.
