Member of the month

Our latest member of the month at Digman Fitness is Brian!

Brian has been a consistent member at Digman Fitness for quite some time and is also very active with races and events on the weekends! Brian is a very committed and consistent exerciser who never misses a chance to get better. Brian also travels quite a bit so he relies on the use of our ‘Members’ page for resources outside the gym. Congrats on our newest member of the month!

Below is an interview that I recently had with Brian:

  1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

5 years

2. What are some of your interests and hobbies?

Running, biking, golfing

3. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

The variety of workouts.  I enjoy the outdoor circuits – tire flip, sled push, car pull, sledge hammer etc.

4. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.

Short term – lose 15 lbs!  Long term – continue to stay in shape to enjoy running and biking – stay injury free!

5. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

Digman Fitness is a place to workout for all skill levels and someplace that will challenge you no matter your age or fitness level.
