Planning for the week ahead can be crucial to success in your health! One single meal can be the difference between an awesome workout and a sub-par workout. Not only is one meal at or around your workout important for recovery, but several other meals during the day and week can be the difference between ok health and great health.

Below is just an example. Depending on your activity level or energy needs, you can choose to plan more or less. The biggest thing that I wanted to show you was how easy it can look to plan ahead and take a few hours on a Sunday night.
