Make Your Daily Deposits

Making daily deposits for money management is just as important as your daily deposits for your health! If you are one who understands investments, you can apply that same tool to your health:

  1. Slow positive progress towards optimal health
  2. Progress towards your weight loss goals
  3. Progress towards your strength goals
  4. Progress towards a more mobile and pain-free body

The definition of Investments – an asset or item that is purchased with the hope that it will generate income or will appreciate in the future.

How can you invest in your health today so that it pays off tomorrow?

What are you doing today that helps you become better? Are you in a position that is ideal and enjoyable? Make changes if needed.

One of my favorite activities each week and each month is to set aside time to map out my month. I write down my year goals and work my way to the present (quarter goals, monthly goals, weekly and then daily). From there, I can write down what I need to accomplish and what I need to do each day to make those goals a reality. This goes for food as well as activities:

  1. Writing down your food plan
  2. Make a grocery list
  3. Shop for that list
  4. Prep meals and package for the week

Don’t be afraid to adjust your list each day and each week. As long as you are writing down your goals and following through, you are making progress!
