Member Spotlight: Talia

This month’s member spotlight is Talia Blume, a student from UW-Stevens Point who is majoring in biology. Talia works hard and is enthusiastic about her goals in the gym as well as school! Congrats Talia!

Read on below for an interview I had with Talia:

  1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

Since Last winter (only when I’m home from school!)

  1. What are some of your pain points with fitness? How has Digman Fitness helped? I.E. what do you struggle with in regards to food?

Becoming more fit cardio wise has always been a struggle. I really enjoy strength training so when I workout alone its hard to push myself to do more cardio. But I find the more “cardio based” days with Corey to be super productive because he pushes me and encourages me to push myself.

  1. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

I really like the large variety of different exercises every time (I find it easy to get into doing the same routine every time I workout alone).

  1. What are some of your short/long term goals?

I want to lose some excess fat around my middle and overtime keep becoming more fit and healthy.

  1. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

I would say Corey really takes time and actually cares about every member. I always feel good after every workout with Corey because he is super nice and encouraging!
