Member Of The Month: Tom Cottington

I wanted to take the time to recognize Tom Cottington, a member at Digman Fitness:

Tom has been training at the gym now for a few months and has seen some great strides in overall well-being. He has not only gained some great ideas to keep himself injury-free for the long-term, but has gained support so that he can remain active in his outdoor activities (gardening) in the summer.

Below is an interview that I had with Tom discussing his experiences:

I have been working with Digman Fitness since October of 2014 and with Corey since last year at the Princeton Club.

I have a woodland garden and enjoy spending time working in them during the growing season.  I feel that I need some additional activities and training during the off-season so that I enjoy my hobby.  I love the personal  attention and training that fits my individual special needs, and I say that they are definitely met at Digman Fitness.

I have had long time issues with back and overall body pain.  I have been gaining a lot of relief because Corey has been helping me with flexibility and strength during my training sessions.  Some of my goals are being able to continue with my garden work and all other seasonal activities.

I would recommend to friends and others that Digman Fitness is a great place to have that extra special attention and service that only a  personal trainer/fitness program can provide.
