Member of the Month: March

The Member of the Month  for March goes to Morgan Mueller! Morgan comes to the gym ready and excited for what is ahead of him. He is a hard working individual who takes challenges on with a full head of steam. I have had the pleasure of working with Morgan since August and he has seen great improvements in fitness, strength and range of motion in shoulders.

Member of the Month Interview Questions:

1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?
I started working out with Corey in August 2014.

2. What are some of your interests and hobbies?
I am an avid outdoorsmen who likes to fish, hunt, ski, etc…, but most of all I enjoy spending time with my son. I am looking forward to begin teaching him how to hit and kick a ball, shoot hoops or whatever activities he may enjoy.

3. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?
I really enjoy working out during the group training sessions. The other members of our group push each other to get the most out of our workouts, but yet offer words of encouragement when needed. My favorite portion of our workout is the monthly challenges Corey offers. Not only are you competing against yourself to improve throughout the month, you also have the motivation to compete against the other members of Digman Fitness.
4. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.
My short-term fitness goal is to restore the full range of mobility and strength for the problem areas of my body. Long-term I would like to run in a half marathon, lose a few pounds and increase my strength. Personally I continually strive to be the best husband and father I can be.
5. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?
Rewarding! The hardest part about working out is getting started and the first few weeks that follow, but once you began to notice a difference it is addicting. Because Corey approaches his workout routines with your body in mind, you maintain and improve your mobility, decrease the impact on your joints and increase your strength and endurance. I have been to other gyms where all they care about is making you sweat no matter the cost. Corey finds your problem areas, improves them and then maximizes your cardio and strength. It makes sense!
