Member of the Month: Jessie Coppernoll

Jessie has been with me for a little over a year and has seen great progress in not only her fitness level and weight loss, but her diet as well! She continues to bring the intensity day in and day out during my evening conditioning classes with a smile and excitement on her face. She is a joy to work with and I will continue to see great gains in the future from her!

  1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

I have been working out with Corey Since 01/2013


  1. What are some of your interests and hobbies?

Cooking, finding new clean eating recipes to try, fitness and finding fun ways to fit health into my permanent lifestyle


  1. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

I like the conditioning class,” I Survived the Tire” with Corey.  Each time is different & empowering & that’s what I like the most about training with Corey.


  1. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.

Short/Long Term is to stick with my routine.  Be able to deadlift 200 lbs by my birthday this year.  Long term make it to 150 lbs and maintain it for lifetime.


  1. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?


My experience with Digman Fitness has been so much fun! The variety of workouts & support from Corey is so great.  He makes everyone feel welcome and takes it upon himself by encouraging  us (his other clients)  to all to work together like we are all part of his team/family.  He is there to answer fitness questions, nutrition questions, shares ideas, or even talk about what’s new in life.  It’s that extra push or support person I need to stay on track.  If I’m having a bad day or week I can hear Corey’s words of encouragement or I can pull out one of his workout routines he has given me for my own time.  When you sign up for Digman Fitness it’s not a one hour, once a week, here you go thank you for coming.  It’s signing up with someone who genuinely cares about how you are doing and is there when you need his help!
