Member of the Month: Hunter

Our newest member of the month for June is Hunter! Hunter joined us this spring in hopes of gaining sports performance improvement and injury prevention for hockey. He has continually improved in his strength, power and mobility needed for the demands of his sport and shows excellent enthusiasm to get better!

Read below for an interview that I had with Hunter:

Member of the Month Interview Questions:

1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

3 months

2. What are some of your interests and hobbies?

Hockey, music and visiting grandparents cabin.

3. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

Corey is always positive and the workouts are always challenging/specific to hockey. He is also flexible with my schedule for school and traveling.

4. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.

I would like to play hockey past high school and get a college degree while playing the sport I love.

5. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

This is a great experience! Training isn’t like other workouts because Corey is always encouraging and helping with everything that I need done within my workout. He wants to see me succeed as much as I do and I appreciate that!
