Member of the Month: August

Member of the month of August is Kermit Bergs! Kermit has been working with Digman Fitness for close to 9 months and has seen some great gains! He rarely misses a routine and comes in to work hard session after session which shows from his results. I want to congratulate him for working hard towards his goals and I hope that things continue to be positive for him!
I have attached a few interview questions below about his training experience:

1.How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?
8 months

2.What are some of your interests and hobbies?

Time with my girlfriend and exercise partner, JoAnn. Home improvements, walk the dogs.

3.What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?
The results I’ve gained. The dice roll cicuits

4.What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.
Lose the last 20 lbs of my 40 lbs goal

5.If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?
There is always enough variety so it’s never just a routine. How Corey will work with people with injuries as part of a group sessions has been very beneficial.
