Member of the Month: Ashley

I want to introduce you to our latest member of the month: Ashley Nelson!

Ashley comes from an athletic and active background participating in many sports growing up including soccer and running! She came to Digman Fitness with goals of becoming stronger, gaining more energy for her new 6-month old baby girl, Madeline and getting back into running shape for a 1/2 marathon!

Member of the Month (March) Interview Questions:


  1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

I have been working out with Corey for a little over 3 months.

2. What are some of your interests and hobbies?

My interests and hobbies include reading, watching documentaries on Netflix, hiking, working out, travelling, spending time with my family (especially my 6 month old Madeline), and running my Chiropractic business.

3. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

I love the variety in the workouts throughout the week.  Every day we are challenged in a different way.  The anaerobic madness days are definitely my favorite.  They are an amazing combination of cardio, functional movement, and strength.  The focus on dynamic movement, stretching, and injury prevention are also something I really appreciate as a chiropractor.  Corey does a great job finding each person’s strengths and weaknesses.  I love the group training atmosphere!


4. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.

My short term goals are to get my pre-baby body back and have enough strength and endurance to play with my daughter.  Long term I would like to be able to get back into running and complete a half marathon.


5. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

Digman Fitness is a fun, yet challenging, environment that makes you really want to work out!   Corey’s expertise in training and functional movement has really impressed me.  I was nervous to get back into a regular workout routine after having my baby, but Corey did an amazing job bringing my confidence back.  It is fun to see that young kids all the way up to older adults can work out in the same environment.  I would recommend Digman Fitness to people of all ages and abilities!
