Member of the Month (April): Lori

Congratulations to Lori for being nominated Member of the Month for April at Digman Fitness! Lori has shown a lot of early morning grit as she continues to grind the 5 am workouts! She has seen numerous personal bests in her running program, strength, injury prevention and stamina! She has been a pleasure to work with as she is one of the most determined members at DF!

Read below for an interview I had with Lori:

1. When have you started working out at Digman Fitness?

I started working out at Digman Fitness in November,  2015. (4 months)

2. What are your hobbies?

I like to run (slowly..lol), bike, swim,  and read.

3. What do you like best about training at DF?

I really enjoy all the stretching….and just being with all the other people and Coach Corey! I know I wouldn’t consistently go if I wasn’t having fun.

4. What are some of your goals?

I have two big general goals.  I want to continue on my journey to better health.  I also need to continue working on my work/personal life balance.  It is a constant challenge.

5. What are your recommendations for individuals deciding on becoming better?

Go to Digman Fitness.  Not only do you feel stronger, faster, and healthier,  but it is just plain fun!
