Member of Month: Lance

Member of the month of September is Lance Ratze! Lance, his wife and four kids have joined in on a group at Digman Fitness in late July and have enjoyed their results so far! Lance has especially gained a lot of progress through strength, technique and a drop in clothing sizes! Look below for an interview I had with Lance about his experience so far:

1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

 About 1.5 months.

2. What are some of your interests and hobbies?

Camping/traveling with my family, professional  networking, social media, and coffee

3. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman      Fitness/favorite routine?

I enjoy going to the gym each week. The reason I do is because the classes are fun, challenging and unpredictable. I appreciate that Corey is an experienced personal trainer and takes the time to learn your fitness and health goals so that he can customize a workout plan specifically for you. I also like that Corey tracks our progress and keeps us accountable for  our eating habits and exercise outside of the class too.

4. What are some of your short/long term health &  fitness goals?

My health & fitness related goals are: – track my food and exercise every day through My Fitness Pal, exercise 2 x a week at the gym and supplement my gym time with additional cardio exercise (i.e. biking, walking, hill sprints, etc) – eat clean and balanced meals and drink plenty of water – lose 3-4 pds per week to get within a healthy weight range – – my reward will be to go tandem skydiving next Summer

5. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman      Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

Digman Fitness helps people of all ages and physical abilities. It offers different class times or you can do your own program. Corey, owner and instructor of Digman Fitness, is the perfect combination of tough (“Push, push, push…don’t give up!”) and warm (“Good job!”), and he works with the whole person — mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of Corey’s efforts I am getting stronger, losing weight, have more energy.and most importantly working out has become something I don’t dread, but look forward too. I recommend Digman Fitness without reservation.
