Member of The Month: Heather

Congratulations to May’s Member of The Month: Heather Blume! Heather has been grinding out these past few months consistently working hard towards her goals and has been recognized for her achievements! I find it easy to point out that Heather’s energy, stamina, strength and movement has improved tremendously these last few months!   1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

Since mid-March 2017

  1. What are some of your interests and hobbies?

Performing random acts of kindness and entering sweepstakes.

  1. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?

The stretching and exercises have been hugely beneficial to my overall feeling of well-being!

  1. What are some of your short/long term goals? This can either be fitness related or not.

Short Term- Release my frozen shoulder completely

Long Term- Increase Strength

  1. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

Corey understands the importance of exercise at any age and the dedication that it may take to change up your lifestyle. Corey motivates, pushes and excites participants to reach their highest potential! It’s a serious and result-promising small group environment where you learn about fitness while having fun at the same time. I feel motivated and energized after coming to a session! Corey always changes it up and keeps it fresh!
