Member of the month: Brian Kluender

Digman Fitness is proud to announce member of the month, Brian Kluender for the month of August! Brian continues to work hard and give great focus in our 5 am class twice a week as he continues to train towards big goals in 2018! Read below for an interview that I had with Brian:

 

Member of the Month Interview Questions (Brian Kluender):

 

  1. How long have you been working out with Corey/Digman Fitness?

Not quite 2 years- started September 2015.

 

  1. What are some of your pain points with fitness? How has Digman Fitness helped? I.E. what do you struggle with in regards to food?

Oddly, my sleep habits have greatly improved since starting here.  I used to be (and kind of still am to an extent) a big procrastinator, preparing in getting things done for the following day, etc.  In becoming an early morning workout person, I have learned to make the most of the evening hours after I get home from work during the week.

 

  1. What are some things you enjoy about training at Digman Fitness/favorite routine?  I like the variety of workouts that Corey plans out each day and week.  He always puts new twists on the same exercises.  Who knew there were so many different variations do doing squats, planks, etc?  I kind of enjoy coming to work out, not exactly knowing what I am getting myself into.

 

  1. What are some of your short/long term goals?

Short Term:  Keep grinding away and getting better each day.

Long Term:  Maybe Chicago Marathon 2018???  A part of me wants to beat my time from last year.

 

  1. If you were to recommend a friend or promote Digman Fitness, how would you describe your experience to them?

Corey has created a supportive environment for all fitness levels.  He takes a genuine interest in making sure his clients accomplish their fitness goals.  He also takes a genuine interest in his clients as people.
