June Challenges at Digman Fitness

Each month we incorporate 2 fun challenges at Digman Fitness! Our first challenge is an Activity/Habit Challenge that you perform outside the gym and the second challenge is a finisher which is performed at the end of each workout!

Our Two June Challenges are listed below:

1. “Take a Hike” Walk, jog, hike a state park, trail or woods and send back your MOST interesting and FUN pictures back to Digman Fitness! If you use Facebook, tag Digman Fitness and Corey Digman with you pictures! Non-members with the most interesting and fun pictures win a FREE session! have fun!

 

2. Jump Squats in :30! Squat, touch the floor and explode up to a jump. Perform as many reps as you can in :30.
