Workout

Workout- Day 1

  • June 26th
  • 10 minutes
  • 10 Jumping Jacks & 5 Burpess
  • How many sets in 10 minutes
  • Post video of you completing challenge on Digman Fitness (Facebook) or link (youtube) and send to corey@digmanfitness.com

Workout- Day 2

  • June 27th
  • How many sets does it take to finish 100 pushups and 200 bodyweight squats?
  • Start with pushups (ladies-knees), complete as many as possible. When you stop, go to squats. When you stop again after squats, that's 1 set
  • Minimal amount of sets

Workout- Day 3

  • June 28th
  • 20 mountain climbers and 5 jump squats
  • 10 minutes. As many rounds as possible

Workout- Day 4

  • June 29th
  • 10 Situps + 10 Switching Side Planks
  • 10 minutes. As many rounds as possible

Workout- Day 5

  • June 30th
  • 10 High Knees + 10 Skaters
  • 10 minutes. As many rounds as possible
