Fitness Challenge!

  • Find your level: 1 or 2
  • Four exercises, four consecutive rounds
  • Descending reps: 20,15,10, 5 each round
  • Perform all rounds as quickly as possible- Best Time wins for each level (1&2) for Men & Women
  • Record Time and link video to Digman Fitness Facebook page and/or my email
  • Have Fun! Awards are given for the winner at each level!
  • Level 1 Exercises- 1. Split Squats 2. Knee Pushups 3. Floor Touch + Knee Drive 4. Elevated Mt. Climber (5) + Jump (1)
  • Level 2 Exercises- 1. Split Jumps 2. Push-ups 3. Tuck Jumps 4. Mt. Climber (5)+ Jump (1)

Warm-Up Ideas

Warm-up: Level One

  • Watch video to the right before your challenge to make sure you are properly warm
  • Set aside 3-5 minutes for this warmup
  • Warm-up begins with general to specific exercises
  • This warm-up is only designated for Level One individuals because of the intensity of the circuit
  • 2-3 minute cool down is also necessary afterward
