What makes Digman Fitness Special & Unique?
We work our butts off & strive to be the best place to get as fit as possible while gaining strength, mobility and preventing against injury. We value corrective exercise in our daily regiment as the biggest part of our brand. We continually help individuals who have had some sort of injury in the past obtain the success that they need and those that need!
What is Corrective Exercise?
Corrective Exercise is a way at which we train our bodies in the closest replicated positions possible to real life movements. Corrective Exercise enhances quality of life by helping you extend your career, recreational sport and hobbies so that you can become the best version of yourself!
Every area throughout our bodies need specific attention (ankles, knees, hips, lower back, upper back & shoulders) through corrective exercise.
What does a typical session at Digman Fitness look like?
Each session includes specific phases that are important:
1 .Foam Rolling (5-8 minutes)
2. Mobility Warmup (2 minutes)
3. Activation/Dynamic Warmup (3 minutes)
4. Circuit (Strength-Tue &TH or Cardiovascular training-M, W, F)
5. Finisher of the month (1-5 minutes)- different finisher each month
6. Cooldown, Stretch, Tissue Release (5-8 minutes)
What are your classes offered?
1. Anaerobic Madness (Monday, Wednesday & Fridays)- Check schedule page for times
This is a great blend of every movement imaginable that elevates your heart rate throughout the whole session. You will find exercises that involve ladders, low hurdles, cone drills, fun sport-specific movements, agility, running, jumping, games, etc.!
2. Functional Core Strength (Tuesday & Thursdays)- Check schedule page for times
This is a great class that incorporates every form or push, pull and squat! You will become fitter than you ever thought imaginable through exercises that are both challenging and heart rate elevating! We incorporate a lot of rehab-specific exercises for the shoulders, back, knees, hips and ankles also to prevent against injury.
