Endurance House Foundations Run/Walk Program!

Stop by the Endurance House in Middleton this Saturday, April 2nd at 8 am for a beginners run/walk program introduction! There will be fun games and instruction from the best in the areas of performance and injury prevention! Digman Fitness will be there providing corrective exercises, core work and leading a dynamic warm-up before the run/walk.
