2016 Summer Fitness Challenge!

Welcome to our 2016 Summer Fitness Challenge! This fitness challenge is something that all ages and levels can compete in for best time! This fitness challenge is great for those looking for  a fun way to get in a quick exercise routine before/after work or as a substitute to a normal routine! Read on below for details:

 

  • Date- July 25th-31st
  • Best Time for Men & Women in Level 1&2 WIN!
  • Complete Circuit as many times as you want during the week (July 25th-31st)
  • Record video of your completion and post on Digman Fitness Facebook Page
  • Post Time along with video

Level 1:

  1. Split Squats
  2. Knee Push-ups
  3. Floor Touch + Jump
  4. Elevated Mt. Climbers (5) + Jump (1)

Rounds- 20,15,10,5

 

Level 2:

  1. Split Jumps
  2. Pushups
  3. Tuck Jumps
  4. Mt. Climbers (5) + Jump (1)
